Through various charitable initiatives and partnerships, we’re fully committed to giving back and supporting those in need, and we couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve done.

Supporting Children With Cancer

One cause that's particularly close to our hearts is the Children With Cancer Fund. Our HR and Training Director, Diane Mulkeirins, goes above and beyond by serving as a trustee for this amazing charity.

Diane’s involvement has given us the opportunity to support families going through unimaginable challenges, providing financial and emotional help to children battling cancer. Her dedication truly reflects the culture we strive to foster at A.P. - one of compassion, support, and genuine action.

Donating to the Army Cadets

We’re also keen on supporting youth development, which is why we recently made a £1,000 donation to the Army Cadets. As a company, we recognise the importance of nurturing leadership, discipline, and confidence in young people. The Army Cadets exemplify those values, and we’re proud to support an organisation that helps shape the next generation into resilient, capable individuals.

In addition to our financial contributions, Diane and Liam Mulkeirins volunteer their personal time as well, playing active roles within the Army Cadet Force (ACF) in Sussex. They are joined by other dedicated A.P. Security staff who also proudly serve as adult instructors.

Becoming an adult instructor is a real team effort, and we’re incredibly proud of our staff’s commitment. Diane and Liam ensure these volunteers have the time off they need to fulfil their responsibilities, further demonstrating our shared dedication to youth development and leadership.

Supporting Veterans Through the Tommy Club

We are deeply passionate about supporting our veterans, which is why we’ve partnered with the Tommy Club, part of the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI). The Tommy Club provides crucial support to veterans, helping them transition to civilian life with the resources they need to build a new future.

Knowing that our contribution is helping those who’ve served our country is something we hold very close to our hearts. These brave men and women have given so much, and it’s an honour for us to give something back.

Mentoring with Dare to Dream

Our involvement with Dare to Dream has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our community efforts. Through this mentoring programme, we’ve had the chance to work directly with young people, helping them build self-confidence and shape their future goals.

We’ve witnessed first-hand how a bit of encouragement and guidance can make a huge difference in a young person’s life, and it’s been an incredible privilege to be part of their journey towards realising their potential.

A.P. Security Featured in King Charles III: The Leadership and Vision of a Modern Monarch

A real highlight for us recently has been A.P. Security’s feature in the beautifully illustrated hardback book, "King Charles III: The Leadership and Vision of a Modern Monarch".

This publication explores the remarkable life of King Charles III, and we were absolutely thrilled to be included. Even more exciting was receiving an invitation to the book’s launch event at Claridge’s in central London on His Majesty’s 75th birthday - 14th November 2023. Being recognised for our work in such a prestigious setting is a moment we’ll never forget, and it reinforces our commitment to the values of leadership and service that King Charles represents.
